Malaysia has been hit with a big tide when its health minister had recently been caught with his pants down! People have responded differently with this matter. A group said, he definitely needed to resign after the red-handed caught while the rest still support him.
It was a jaw-dropping news to know that he was the one in that particular video. Even without viewing the video (and there is no need for it), I personally wud say that it created a big impact to the nation.
im here not to say bad things about him, or judge him with wut he had done. I would rather create a safety line by saying im here to say that this terrible incident is ought to be taken as a great lesson, not solely by the other politicians or famous figures but also by everybody. we are subjected to the same danger as he was.
Thats the first lesson i've taken. Buying this little CCTV-sensed gadget wud definitely a wise move. But, does evryone need it since i've said evryone is subjected to the same intimidation?! I leave that for another discussion.
The second lesson is, to be famous means you are ready for such threat! You ought to predict that these things might come. And precaution should be taken. it ranges from 'not doing it' to 'do it under great security'. im not implying that extra marital sex is a gud thing becoz i know, everyone noes how to differentiate the good and the bad!
Third lesson is, never judge ppl or sinners. We are not in their shoes. we would never know wut happens behind the curtain. Dr. Chua did the mistake but shud we say that he is nothing now. He's supposed to be respected as he was. He's still a hero.
Fourth lesson is, u did it, u r accountable for it! once u did a mistake, u shud take the responsibility. My personal experience made congratulating our former Health minister for wut he did. He applied one of the most difficult things to be done which was 'did it, admit it, ask for forgiveness'. Even children tend to run away from their mistakes! Coz, they aware of the impact and consequences of it. we shud applaud Dr. Chua for this, not mocking him
i read somewer, a person said that 'wud Dr. Chua admit his wrongdoing to the country wen the video was not distributed'. i think this is ridiculous, when u do mistake, do u go to everyone and tell them. i know, u have to, especially wen the conscience strikes u! But, this was not the case. i think, ppl do understand and experience the same thing. as for me, i wont sell my wrongdoing to others coz it mite invite harm. why dont u juz sit there, and 'taubat' by ursef. (and of cos! ask the forgiveness from ur family, country has no rite to noe, and no need for it, its too personal)
wut is important from Dr Chua's unfortunate incident was... he has to go back! and we all have.
my personal msg to Dr. Chua... "Be strong, it seems this is the end of life but it never be. U have tons of things to be settled and i know, u do know wut they are. I will say that, u were such a gud minister"
